Job Summary
A digital healthcare company has a current position open for a Remote Claims Integrity Specialist in St Louis.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Perform claims integrity on registrations
- Research and identify all missing insurance information for the member
- Verifiy patient/claimant information, the payer network, in- or out-of-network status, research any/all information to determine active policy
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to work 7:00am to 4:00pm OR 8:00am to 5:00pm Central Time
- High school diploma required. Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience in healthcare preferred
- 2+ years of experience providing patient communication, researching, and documenting patient insurance information
- 2-3 years of experience with health insurance claims
- Excellent communication and customer service skills with a focus on assisting patients in a healthcare environment
