Job Summary
A financial services and insurance agency is in need of a Remote Claims Operations Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Identify and manage existing and emerging risks
- Ensure risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored
- Follow written risk and compliance policies and procedures for business activities
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 8 years of progressive customer service, operational, military or leadership experience
- 3 years of direct team lead or management experience
- Demonstrated team leadership
- Experience using, interpreting, solutioning and leading with data
