Job Summary
A health insurance company that offers plans for individuals, families, and employers needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Claims Optimization Operations Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Becoming the subject matter expert for Claims operations by growing expertise on the company's claims processing platform
- Developing foundational processes for the company's scaling operations
- Running and bringing technical and operational improvements to the company's claims processes
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor's degree 4+ years of commensurate operating experience
- 5+ years experience in operations, health insurance, data analysis, engineering or consulting
- 5+ years of experience using data software such as Excel, SQL or Python
- 2+ years of experience leading and developing a team
- Experience developing project plans coordinating with all partners
- Experience designing and improving workflows and standing up accompanying operating and technical procedures
