Job Summary

Detail-oriented and adaptable, the full-time Remote Claims Processor will support a fast-paced healthcare team by accurately processing claims, managing data entry in a high-volume environment, and adjusting workflow based on team needs while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Review emails and Microsoft Teams messages at the start of each shift
• Accurately enter and review data while processing claims in internal systems
• Monitor team chats and adjust workflow to meet productivity goals

Required qualifications

• GED or high school diploma
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test
• Typing speed of 25 words per minute or more
• Proficiency with computers and data entry systems
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace
