Job Summary

Seeking qualified contractors, the remote Dealer Comms Claims Processor will review, troubleshoot, and process warranty claims for dealership partners, ensuring accurate documentation and providing exceptional customer service during Monday to Friday shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and process dealership warranty reimbursement claims with accuracy
• Provide support through inbound calls and chats, addressing dealership personnel inquiries
• Resolve claim issues through effective communication and follow-up with dealerships

Required Qualifications

• High School Graduate (bachelor's degree or higher preferred)
• 3 years of automotive repair experience
• 1+ years of knowledge of vehicle mechanics
• 1 year of customer service experience in a support-focused environment
