Job Summary

An insurance technology company has an open position for a Remote Claims Quality Assurance Leader.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Reviewing and assessing claim handling
  • Identifying training and functionality gaps
  • Preparing quality audit reports

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 3 to 5 years of quality claim handling experience, auto claim handling a plus
  • Experience handling both APD and Injury claims
  • Experience defining and driving toward success metrics
  • Proficiency in Google Suite products
