Job Summary
An insurance technology company has an open position for a Remote Claims Quality Assurance Leader.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Reviewing and assessing claim handling
- Identifying training and functionality gaps
- Preparing quality audit reports
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 3 to 5 years of quality claim handling experience, auto claim handling a plus
- Experience handling both APD and Injury claims
- Experience defining and driving toward success metrics
- Proficiency in Google Suite products
