Job Summary
A global healthcare company is filling a position for a Remote Claims Representative Associate.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing expertise or general claims support by reviewing, researching, investigating, negotiating, processing and adjusting claims
- Analyzing and identifying trends and providing reports as necessary
- Consistently meeting established productivity, schedule adherence and quality standards
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High School diploma / GED (or higher) OR equivalent years of work experience
- Proficiency with Windows PC applications
- 1+ years of experience processing medical, dental, prescription or mental health claims
- 1+ years of experience in a related environment (i.e. office, administrative, clerical, customer service, etc.)
