Must be able to:

  • Process suspended claims upon receipt of previously requested information
  • Correct audits returned from supervisors or customer service
  • Decide when and how to proceed with contestability and pre-existing investigations

Required Skills:

  • High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
  • 1+ year of experience in a related environment
  • 1+ year experience processing medical, prescription or mental health claims
  • 5+ years previous claims examination experience in the health insurance market
  • Experience in the individual insurance environment
