Job Summary

An IT support management company is seeking a Remote Claims Representative in Lynchburg.

Must be able to:

• Utilize contract and other information provided at time of claim in order to determine the best course of action
• Accurately identify claims requiring a higher level of review
• Effectively manage and prioritize a work queue and multiple job responsibilities

Qualifications Include:

• 4-year degree or equivalent work experience
• 1-2 years of experience at a financial services company
• Knowledge of Long-Term Care product or prior insurance experience
• Basic knowledge of Medical Terminology
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
