Job Summary
An insurance company has an open position for a Remote Claims Representative in Tempe.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Accurately documenting files to include all key claims activities
- Resolving internal and external customer inquiries
- Interpreting policy contacts and identifying how coverage applies to a particular loss
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 1+ years of experience adjusting high complexity, non-injury auto accident claims
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with both internal and external customers
- Proficient in basic computer skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education preferred but not required
