Job Summary
A technology company is filling a position for a Remote Claims Reprocessing Analyst I.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Ensuring a proper and timely resolution
- Conducting claim reprocessing as needed related to claim adjudication errors or configuration changes
- Conducting detailed quality reviews of claim data
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Microsoft Office skills
- Bachelor or master's degree in Business, Audit, Insurance, Healthcare, or related field or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in an analytical, claims processing, benefit configuration or QA/ auditing role in healthcare
- Must have strong communication skills both oral and written
