Job Summary

A global healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Claims Resolution Specialist I.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Maintain an ongoing responsibility for assigned claims inquiries
• Perform data entry of VACCN Dental claims into the claims processing system
• Work with the leadership team to resolve issues as needed

Required Skills:

• High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
• Experience with claims processing or data entry
• Ability to work an 8 hour shift between the hours 8:00 am- 4:30 pm CST, Monday – Friday
• Working knowledge of health insurance claims OR patient financial services OR Revenue Cycle experience
• Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
