Job Summary

An insurance company has a current position open for a Remote Claims Services Insurance Services Representative II.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Own the customer experience by managing complex and non-routine calls
• Make direct assignments to inside or field claims adjustment personnel
• Handle the duties of coverage verification with other appropriate functions for all state operations

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• High school or comparable diploma; some undergraduate studies preferred.
• One year of insurance knowledge and background
• Knowledge of all Claims Intake System(s),Claims Processing System(s), and the claims reporting process
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to make decisions such as the application of coverage’s, assignments, and work priorities
