Job Summary

A global professional services company. is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Claims Specialist I.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Ensuring claims are compliantly processed following standard operating procedures and processes
  • Identifying process improvement opportunities
  • Working toward becoming a licensed Claim Adjuster within one year of hire

Position Requirements Include:

  • High School diploma or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of customer service or call center experience
  • Problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Basic IT skills (MS Excel, MS Office, etc.) a plus
  • Experience with ERP or CRM systems a plus
