Job Summary
An insurance company is seeking a Remote Claims Specialist II.
Must be able to:
- Obtains information from involved parties to evaluate facts of loss
- Researches and responds timely to customer inquiries and/or concerns
- Identify and escalate files with more significant indemnity exposure or attorney representation
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Insurance Adjuster’s license may be required in applicable states
- Customer service experience required
- Good communication skills
