Job Summary
An insurance company is in need of a Remote Claims Strategic Sourcing and Procurement Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Leading the definition, planning, and execution of category strategies
- Leading and managing contractual negotiations, legal and business clause drafting, coordination of appropriate approvals
- Leading and managing the end to end sourcing process
Qualifications for this position include:
- Experience with managing and delivering across business unit and geographical boundaries
- 8 years experience in a strategic sourcing or procurement role required; previous leadership experience also required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent interpersonal communication and people management skills
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
- Exceptional contract negotiation skills
