Job Summary
A financial service company is filling a position for a Remote Claims Supervisor in Maitland.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Ensuring all claims eligible or ineligible for payment conform to quality, production standards, and specifications
- Analyzing and approving workers compensation claims
- Reviewing and analyzing processes, procedures, and workflows to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 5+ years' experience in workers compensation insurance industry
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of work experience and education required
- Valid adjusters license in appropriate jurisdictions or ability to obtain such
- Basic understanding of laws, principles of coverage, liability, and insurance industry in general
- Ability to operate business technology
- Ability to manage personnel administration including employee evaluations and salary administration
