Job Summary
An insurance agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Claims Training Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Develop, manage and facilitate claims related new hire activities
- Identify the on-going business needs to be addressed
- Conduct or coordinate field ride-a-longs with new employees
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Travel is required approximately 20% or more
- 1-3 years of training and development experience
- Must have a working knowledge of residential and commercial property, casualty and liability claims
- Must possess a sound working knowledge of industry claim procedures
- Must have relevant licenses or the ability to obtain them within a defined period
- Daily and CAT claims experience or equivalent training experience with a carrier
