Job Summary

An insurance and financial services company is in need of a Remote Claims Vendor Management Senior Account Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Administering pipeline for potential vendors, negotiating rates
  • Leading the stewardship and vendor renewal process
  • Collaborating with claims leadership to understand business needs

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience required
  • 5-10 years of claims account management and/or general commercial insurance account management experience
  • Associate level claims or insurance experience
  • Experience managing vendor onboarding, stewardship, and performance management
  • Proven ability to resolve issues with multiple stakeholders and maintain continuity of effective relationship management
  • Comfortable leading meetings with various stakeholder levels and excellent communication skills
