Job Summary
An insurance agency has an open position for a Remote Claims Vice President.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing, designing, and improving our TPA relationships
- Creating a world-class Small Commercial Claims team, process, and operational framework
- Collaborating on a rollout of best practice Claims Software
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 4+ years Experience with TPA management
- 2+ years Small Commercial lines Claims experience
- 4+ years managing and building out claims teams
- Fluency managing the insurance/reinsurance relationship vis a vis Claims
- An ability to distinguish between building something new and improving on what exists
