Remote Clarity Functional Analyst

Job Summary

An information technology and services company is filling a position for a Remote Clarity Functional Analyst.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Providing backup support for Level 1 Clarity Functional Issues/Defects
• Creating training materials and conduct user training
• Providing support and training to new and existing tool users, both individually and in groups

Position Requirements Include:

• 3+ years of experience as an analyst working with Clarity PPM
• Capacity and resource planning experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related technical field required
• 5 or more years of experience in developing requirements and performing system analysis
• Demonstrated understanding of project and portfolio management principles
• Analytical problem-solving skills, with experience in quantifying staffing metrics against technical and project workloads
