Job Summary
An information technology and services company is filling a position for a Remote Clarity Functional Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing backup support for Level 1 Clarity Functional Issues/Defects
- Creating training materials and conduct user training
- Providing support and training to new and existing tool users, both individually and in groups
Position Requirements Include:
- 3+ years of experience as an analyst working with Clarity PPM
- Capacity and resource planning experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related technical field required
- 5 or more years of experience in developing requirements and performing system analysis
- Demonstrated understanding of project and portfolio management principles
- Analytical problem-solving skills, with experience in quantifying staffing metrics against technical and project workloads
