Job Summary
An IoT and connected transportation company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Class 8 Trucking Business Development Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Prospect, research, identify and hunt new business opportunities for assigned markets
- Create, evaluate, and implement strategic business plans
- Initiate, lead and manage the end-to-end process as the subject matter expert
Qualifications for this position include:
- Remote role with travel
- 5-8 years experience in sales, business development or a similar role
- Proven track record in developing new sales and accounts
- Experience in the telematics industry
- Strong aptitude for understanding technical and business requirements
- A well-defined sense of diplomacy
