Job Summary
Assisting clients with high-volume inquiries, the full-time temporary Remote Class Action Customer Service Representative will provide exceptional support related to class action legal cases while maintaining detailed records and collaborating with team members in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality assistance to clients regarding class action legal inquiries
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and inquiries
- Efficiently handle high-volume call center tasks to ensure client satisfaction
Required qualifications:
- Perfect English skills, both written and spoken
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work during scheduled hours from 9 AM to 8 PM EST
- Legal knowledge and call center experience for high-volume support is a plus
- Spanish language skills are a plus but not required
