Job Summary

Assisting clients with high-volume inquiries, the full-time temporary Remote Class Action Customer Service Representative will provide exceptional support related to class action legal cases while maintaining detailed records and collaborating with team members in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality assistance to clients regarding class action legal inquiries
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and inquiries
  • Efficiently handle high-volume call center tasks to ensure client satisfaction
Required qualifications:
  • Perfect English skills, both written and spoken
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work during scheduled hours from 9 AM to 8 PM EST
  • Legal knowledge and call center experience for high-volume support is a plus
  • Spanish language skills are a plus but not required
