Job Summary

A law firm has a current position open for a Remote Class Action Discovery Counsel.

Must be able to:

• Draft all forms of written discovery requests
• Draft other discovery-related work product
• Partner with assigned e-Discovery counsel and the firm’s Litigation Support team with respect to ESI-related requests

Required Skills:

• Ability to discern practical options for the effective defense of class, collective, representative, and complex litigation matters
• Ability to utilize document and evidence management platforms
• Ability to draft legal arguments and briefings related to the discovery process
• Experience handling the discovery processes for class, collective, representative, and/or complex litigation matters
• 4 years of legal experience with employment, wage and hour, and/or class, collective, representative, or complex litigation cases
• An active bar license in the state of residence
