Job Summary
A software company and online fundraising platform has an open position for a Remote Classy Coaching Customer Development Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Research, ideate, and collaborate to create a sophisticated scaled engagement program
- Be an advocate for the customer ensuring we are influencing resources and internal teams to understand customer needs
- Host regular and seasonal customer facing trainings to improve adoption of retention saving and donation driving features
Position Requirements Include:
- 2+ years of experience in a customer facing or training role
- A drive to teach and enable our customers to find more success on the platform
- An aim to problem solve how we can effectively support customers at scale
- Confidence in public speaking, hosting group trainings, and speaking to clients
- Empathy towards our nonprofit customers to understand the challenges of their roles
- Strong research and analytical skills
