Job Summary
A healthcare business and operations provider is in need of a Remote Client Account Director in Brentwood.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Providie strategic leadership and oversee operations for the Account Management area
- Engage in understanding market business plans for new practice acquisitions and ensure successful hand off received from practice implementation
- Actively participate and provide feedback into ongoing process and technology improvement initiatives for Physician Service Center and the Physician Practices
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field; if a desired applicant does not have a Bachelor's Degree, the requirement can be waived if they are currently in a Bachelor Degree program
- Minimum five years’ healthcare management experience with three of these years in the related area; relevant education may substitute experience requirement with Executive approval
- Proven ability to ensure that customer issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the Chief Operations Officer of any problems that may arise
- Ability to establish good working relationships with individuals at the practices and market leadership
- Ability to proactively preform analysis including preparation, escalation, financial impact assessment, and potential resolution to align with strategic goals
- Ability to monitor trends and communicate significant shifts in market or operating conditions to leadership
