Job Summary
A health innovation company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Client Accounting Assistant.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Set up contractors/freelance workers as a vendor in our systems
- Maintain contractor’s vendor profile
- Create contractor POs
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
- Professional communication manner and ability to triage messages when appropriate
- Maintain security of confidential information/conversations that impact the business
- Ability to work independently and problem solve
- 1+ years’ experience in A/P or similar role/function working with Freelance workers
