A provider of outsourced business services is seeking a Remote Client Advocacy Client Services Manager in Louisville.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Directly overseeing the relationship of key accounts
- Increasing account growth through strategic discussions
- Continually improving client retention
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel onsite as required
- 1+ years account/client management experience
- Full understanding of, and experience in, BPO or Contact Center space
- Proven track record of successfully growing accounts
- Ability to present ideas and create proposals to all levels of an organization
- Ability to anticipate client's needs and fulfill their requests
