A provider of outsourced business services is seeking a Remote Client Advocacy Client Services Manager in Louisville.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Directly overseeing the relationship of key accounts
  • Increasing account growth through strategic discussions
  • Continually improving client retention

Position Requirements Include:

  • Ability to travel onsite as required
  • 1+ years account/client management experience
  • Full understanding of, and experience in, BPO or Contact Center space
  • Proven track record of successfully growing accounts
  • Ability to present ideas and create proposals to all levels of an organization
  • Ability to anticipate client's needs and fulfill their requests
