Job Summary

A software development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Client Care Analyst in Lehi.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing critical on-call coverage on a rotating basis as needed
  • Consistently following ticket escalation procedures to properly route tickets as needed
  • Receiving all incoming Client Care requests including "how do I" questions and bug reports from Clients, Partners, and internal teams
