Job Summary
An information management company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Client Care Deposits Technical Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Supporting Financial Institutions on the industry’s “leading edge” products
- RespondING to customer inquiries, research solutions and solve problems for our clients
- Communicating progress and problems to manager for awareness and/or resolution
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Minimal travel required
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- 2 - 5 years’ experience in financial industry field
- Past experience in an analytical and customer facing role
- Strong problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent follow-up skills and attention to detail
