Job Summary

A healthcare company is seeking a Remote Client Care Leader.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 10+ years experience leading operational customer service and success teams
  • Record of developing service level agreements and developing KPIs
  • Experience ensuring compliance, managing reputation, and communicating  vision
  • Experience implementing systems that increase efficiencies and improve experience
  • Well-versed in customer service and have a background in sales and customer success
  • Understanding of financial metrics, budgeting, forecasting, revenue generation
