Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Care Specialist for a 100% remote position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone and chat services
  • Provide feature training to customers on products and services
  • Maintain customer accounts, update records, and ensure satisfaction with services

Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Minimum three years of customer service experience
  • Minimum two years of technical support experience in a call center environment or proven technical ability
  • Experience in verbally explaining complex information to customers
  • Past experience in a communications company in a customer service environment
