A company is looking for a Client Care Specialist for a 100% remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone and chat services
- Provide feature training to customers on products and services
- Maintain customer accounts, update records, and ensure satisfaction with services
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum three years of customer service experience
- Minimum two years of technical support experience in a call center environment or proven technical ability
- Experience in verbally explaining complex information to customers
- Past experience in a communications company in a customer service environment
