Job Summary

A consulting firm needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Client Communication Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Helping facilitate the CC bridge line as needed
  • Performing daily analysis and management of incidents in support of enterprise-wide efforts
  • Ensuring timely communications to the company

Qualifications Include:

  • Excellent time management skills
  • Strong analysis ability and must be oriented toward problem solving skills
  • Outstanding demonstrated written and interpersonal communication skill set
  • Demonstrable knowledge and understanding of complex systems and processes
  • Candidates will be expected to provide writing samples as well as participate in a writing/editing exercise
  • Must be Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)
