Job Summary
A software support and service company has an open position for a Remote Client Communications Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing overall communication program strategy and guidance for clients to ensure a successful implementation
- Planning and executing end-to-end marketing engagement programs
- Designing and executing client emails campaigns, webinars, and newsletters
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 5 years leading marketing functions serving enterprise-level clients
- Proven track record for building and developing high performing teams
- Knowledge of the enterprise software market with 10 or more years in high tech marketing or client-relationship roles
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or business administration from an accredited university of college
- Demonstrated leadership experience and a passion for serving, learning, and mentoring
- Proficiency with a variety of software tools and marketing platforms
