A consulting firm is seeking a Remote Client Concierge.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing and developing strong client relationships
- Working cooperatively with Art Director, Content Director, and CTO to complete tasks and projects on time
- Adhering to company SOPs to meet and exceed project expectations

- Ability to manage and develop strong client relationships
- Ability to develop and possess comprehensive knowledge of client business and needs
- Ability to facilitate client meetings and explanation of deliverables
