Job Summary

To support client inquiries and case management, the full-time Remote Client Coordinator will handle data preparation, documentation, and communication with clients and reviewers while working remotely from 12:00pm to 8:30pm EST.

Key responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and maintain communication regarding case status and concerns
  • Utilize systems for data entry, tracking, and documentation of client information
  • Collaborate with the QA department to manage workflow and ensure timely case submissions
Required qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum one year of clerical experience preferred
  • Experience in a medical office or insurance industry is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and general computer operations
  • Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute
  • Ability to adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality
