Job Summary
To support client inquiries and case management, the full-time Remote Client Coordinator will handle data preparation, documentation, and communication with clients and reviewers while working remotely from 12:00pm to 8:30pm EST.
Key responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and maintain communication regarding case status and concerns
- Utilize systems for data entry, tracking, and documentation of client information
- Collaborate with the QA department to manage workflow and ensure timely case submissions
Required qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum one year of clerical experience preferred
- Experience in a medical office or insurance industry is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and general computer operations
- Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute
- Ability to adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality
