Job Summary

Responsible for servicing client inquiries, the full-time Remote Client Coordinator will manage data preparation, entry, and documentation while ensuring high-quality customer service in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle and respond promptly to inquiries from clients and representatives regarding questions and requests for information
  • Utilize systems to enter and retrieve client information, maintaining daily contact with the QA department regarding workflow
  • Perform clerical duties such as typing, filing, and assisting in the resolution of customer complaints
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; one year of clerical experience preferred
  • Experience in a medical office or insurance industry preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and general computer skills
  • Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute
  • Ability to adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality
