Job Summary

To support a fast-paced case review process, the full-time Remote Client Coordinator will manage client communications, ensure timely case assignments, and assist with proofreading, all while working from home.

Key responsibilities
  • Coordinate communication between reviewers and clients, ensuring cases are assigned and completed on schedule
  • Handle inquiries from clients regarding report status and maintain daily contact with the QA department about workflow
  • Utilize software systems to enter and retrieve client information while performing various clerical duties
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum one-year clerical experience or equivalent combinations of education and experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Teams, Outlook, Excel, and general internet usage
  • Ability to be trained on and adhere to HIPAA regulations and compliance standards
  • Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute
