Job Summary
An information and analytics company is filling a position for a Remote Client Delivery Head.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Establishing and managing a capacity management/resource allocation process to successfully allocate client projects
- Leading a client delivery team responsible for the delivery of ESG Analytics solutions
- Managing reporting on capacity, utilization, and project performance to senior stakeholders in the business
Qualifications for this position include:
- Working experience in data analytics, including coding in Python or R, complemented by excellent Excel skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Public speaking experience
- Understanding of project management and quality assurance processes
- Line management experience including performance management
