Job Summary
A software development company focused on building custom software applications is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Client Delivery VP.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Driving adoption and evolution of company's delivery processes to the benefit of our clients and internal teams
- Overseeing the delivery of work to our clients
- Helping support and shape our delivery teams through hiring, staffing, training, and continuous feedback both internally and with clients
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to work with other leaders to ensure on-time and on-budget execution of multiple project teams
- Ability to work to maintain the high-level of quality that company has achieved over 10 years of delivery
- Ability to monitor and proactively address staffing needs based on skills, capacity, client needs, and training opportunities
- Ability to provide guidance and mitigation to potential project risks and assist in resolution
- Ability to serve as liaison between the sales and the delivery teams to move opportunites forward
- Ability to guide and manage the development of managers for our delivery teams across diciplines
