Job Summary
A network and intelligence security company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Client Engagement Coordinator in New York City.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Working closely with the Customer Success and Sales teams to ensure prospects and clients are quickly on-boarded
- Acknowledging customers request for information requests and route appropriately
- Collecting, triaging, distributing, and/or resolving immediate customer service requests from clients
Position Requirements Include:
- 2+ years of experience working in a technology company in a client-facing role
- Client-centric work ethic: assertive, responsive, transparent, results-oriented
- Teamwork: Collaboration-focused, with an ability to work with cross-functional teams to help identify and solve client related issues
- Technical Skills: Comfortable with troubleshooting systems issues for customers or other stakeholders
- Organizational skills: ability to prioritize, track multiple client requests and issues across teams
- Curiosity: willingness to ask questions, learn new systems, and understand the “how” and “why” of operations
