A marketing company is filling a position for a Remote Client Engagement Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Working with clients to develop their marketing automation roadmap
- Setting expectations and goals; communicating project timelines and milestones
- Providing prompt, courteous service to all clients via email, phone, and in-person
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 1-3 years’ experience using Marketo/Eloqua/Hub Spot/ActOn/Pardot/SFDC or any email marketing tool
- 1-2 years’ experience creating and/or executing marketing strategy, programs or demand gen campaigns
- Excellent client management and project management abilities
- Executive level presence and experience in facilitation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
