Job Summary

An analytic solutions company has an open position for a Remote Client Engagement Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Driving value to our clients
  • Serving as an effective intermediary between the client and internal operations
  • Maintaining clear communication on customer overall strategy

Qualifications Include:

  • 5 years direct experience with healthcare plans and/or pharmacy benefit management
  • 3 years direct client relationship experience
  • Highest quality written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work with both external and internal customers
  • Self-motivated, proactive self-starter with the ability to handle multiple complex assignments
