A clinical research organization is seeking a Remote Client Engagement Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Data-mining contacts and conducting market research
• Building and developing new relationships
• Conducting approximately 30-50 calls per day

Required Skills:

• High School Diploma
• 1-2 years of client relations or call center experience
• Proficient in Excel, Outlook, LinkedIn, Web-browser and internet navigation.
