A community banking institute has an open position for a Remote Client Engagement Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Lead customers through a variety of banking channels
- Provide clear resolution at the first point of contact
- Maintain customer account and records customer interactions
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Minimum of 2 years banking experience
- Previous call center skills
- Be comfortable, professional, and friendly on camera and telephone
- Ability to multi-task by operating multiple monitors and software systems simultaneously
- Strong oral communication skills
- Technology aptitude to learn bank-specific software applications
