Job Summary

A community banking institute has an open position for a Remote Client Engagement Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Lead customers through a variety of banking channels
  • Provide clear resolution at the first point of contact
  • Maintain customer account and records customer interactions

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Minimum of 2 years banking experience
  • Previous call center skills
  • Be comfortable, professional, and friendly on camera and telephone
  • Ability to multi-task by operating multiple monitors and software systems simultaneously
  • Strong oral communication skills
  • Technology aptitude to learn bank-specific software applications
