Job Summary
A marketing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Client Engagements and Customer Success Manager.
Must be able to:
- Provide strategic leadership, direction and support to the team
- Aid Sales team to help connect client needs and requirements with services offerings
- Support Client Engagement Managers with strategic account planning activities
Position Requirements Include:
- 5-7 years’ experience working in a top-tier consulting or technology organization
- 5 or more years of account management, customer success or client facing technical delivery experience
- Proven track record of successful account management and ownership of client relationships
- Ability to inspire confidence and trust by explaining complex subjects to many different audiences
- Experience evaluating competitive landscape, market trends, and customer insights
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
