- Anticipating and resolving any potential bottlenecks or issues
- Collaborating to successfully and efficiently onboard new customers
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 2+ years experience working in technical client facing role
- Ability to read and write against APIs, Scripts, and write SQL queries
- Strong understanding of APIs
- Ability to serve as primary technical contact for any new customer
- Ability to partner with the support engineering team, product and sales teams
