Job Summary
A provider of business solutions is in need of a Remote Client Experience Associate .
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls in a fast paced environment
- Provide customer service for our clients' customers using a cloud-based phone system
- Create and deliver happiness in all caller interactions
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Exceptional Customer Service Skills
- Computer must start up in less than three minutes
- Computer must be hardwired to your Internet connection (i.e. no wireless, satellite, or Air Card Internet)
- 64 bit OS (or higher), webcam, working speakers
- 2.0 GHz processor (or higher), 4GB or more of system memory (RAM), and screen resolution of at least 1280x800
- High-speed Internet connection with a download speed of at least 3 Mbps and upload speed of at least 1.5 Mbps
