Job Summary
A telecommunications solutions company is in need of a Remote Client Experience Associate.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls in a fast paced environment, providing customer service for our clients' customers
- Act as a receptionist; first point of contact, lead generator, tech support or appointment scheduler
- Use your personal computer to gather information and handle calls per our client's instructions
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Work 4 weekend hours each week, and a minimum of 4 hours on Mondays
- Technical know-how to learn and operate new software
- Computer must meet technical requirements
