Job Summary

An internet and e-commerce company is in need of a Remote Client Experience Associate.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Resolving client escalations using critical thinking skills & effective communication, balancing client satisfaction with business need
  • Monitoring the EYX escalation dashboard, completing assigned tasks in a timely manner
  • Partnering with the client experience manager and/or client experience lead to resolve delicate or unique client issues

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience in a multi-faceted customer support position
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Data Driven
  • Client-focused
  • Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
  • Critical Thinker/Problem Solver
