Job Summary
An internet and e-commerce company is in need of a Remote Client Experience Associate.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Resolving client escalations using critical thinking skills & effective communication, balancing client satisfaction with business need
- Monitoring the EYX escalation dashboard, completing assigned tasks in a timely manner
- Partnering with the client experience manager and/or client experience lead to resolve delicate or unique client issues
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 2+ years experience in a multi-faceted customer support position
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Data Driven
- Client-focused
- Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
- Critical Thinker/Problem Solver
